The Little Blue Store with No Shelves

Just before Thanksgiving in 2007, a few weeks before we were due to open, we found out that we weren't going to get the shelves we had ordered.

We had a stark choice.  Delay the open until after Christmas or open with no shelves.  We chose the latter.  Always the optimists we decided to make lemonade with our lemons and wrote of our plight in the form of children's story, from the point of view of the store.
