Drizzt Do'Urden is once again center stage in the fourth and final book of the Neverwinter Saga. Tying into the current Forgotten Realms storyline, R.A. Salvatore blends his characters into the massive plots and schemes that are currently holding sway. All the things that made Drizzt so famous, elegant battle scenes and intensely personal dialog, are here with out being cliché. A great set up for the forthcoming “Companions” novel!

This is a book that I have been wanting to read for a while, but continued to put off. I am sorry that I waited! With just this one book Dennis Lehane has placed himself in my top 10 favorite writers. This mystery novel is dark and foreboding, yet still leave room for a little humor between the two main characters. I am eagerly looking forward to next Lehane book I can get my hands on!

A new and interesting look at the Vampire genre. Don't be fooled by the cover, this book is beautifully written and has deep and engaging characters all of who have curious backgrounds. Claims to be the first in a trilogy, lets hope that the next two are just as exhilarating!
